Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your VANTIQX account and the data associated with it at any time. This page is the account-deletion request page for VANTIQX (app ID com.vantiqx.app) and requires no login to read.
Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app
- Open VANTIQX and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Open Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — email us
If you cannot sign in, email contact@tadjfze.com from the address registered on the account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We may ask you to confirm ownership before acting. We action verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your profile, including name and avatar image.
- Saved analyses, journal entries, trades, goals, course progress, notifications and preferences.
- Community posts and comments you created.
- Images you uploaded — chart screenshots, community images and avatars.
- Broker connection records held by VANTIQX, and referral and usage records.
What is kept, and for how long
- Billing and purchase records — retained as long as tax and accounting law requires. Your subscription itself is held by Apple or Google; see below.
- Pseudonymous analytics events — retained by PostHog under its own schedule. They are not linked to your name or email after deletion.
- Backups — residual copies are purged within 30 days of deletion.
Important: cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your VANTIQX account does not cancel an active subscription, because the subscription is held by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel it first:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → VANTIQX → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → VANTIQX → Cancel.
Important: disconnect your broker
Deleting your VANTIQX account removes our record of the broker connection. It does not close positions that are open at your broker and does not close your broker account. Manage those directly with your broker.
