Subscription Terms

VANTIQX offers a free tier and paid auto-renewing subscriptions. This page sets out how billing, renewal and cancellation work.

1. Free tier

You can use VANTIQX without paying. The free tier includes a limited daily allowance of AI analyses and generated outputs. When you reach the daily limit, the feature becomes available again after the allowance resets.

2. Paid plans

Paid plans lift those limits and unlock additional features. The plan name, price in your local currency, billing period and included features are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. That screen is the authoritative source for current pricing.

3. Auto-renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the then-current price.
• Payment is taken by Apple or Google. VANTIQX never sees or stores your payment card details.

4. How to cancel

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → VANTIQX → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → VANTIQX → Cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Your paid features remain available until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

5. Price and plan changes

If we change the price of a plan you already hold, you will be notified in advance in line with the store's rules, and where required you will be asked to consent before the new price is charged. You can cancel instead.

6. Trials and promotions

Where a free or discounted introductory period is offered, its length and terms are shown at purchase. Unless you cancel before it ends, it converts automatically to the standard paid subscription at the standard price. Introductory offers are limited to one per user per plan and are subject to store eligibility rules.

7. Referral rewards

Referral rewards, where offered, grant time-limited access to paid features. They are not cash, have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and may be withdrawn if obtained through abuse of the referral system.

8. Availability

Individual features may change, and specific features may be restricted or withdrawn in a jurisdiction where offering them would not be permitted. Where a change materially reduces what your paid plan delivers, we will tell you.
