Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 August 2026
Purchases are made through Apple or Google, not through VANTIQX. We cannot issue a refund for a store purchase because we never take the payment. Refund requests must go to the store that charged you, and the store's own refund policy decides the outcome.
This page explains VANTIQX's position on refunds and — importantly — where you should actually go to request one.
1. Where to request a refund
- Apple App Store: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the VANTIQX purchase and request a refund. Apple decides the outcome.
- Google Play: open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history → find the purchase → Report a problem. Google decides the outcome.
Statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights, where they apply to you, are administered by the store as the seller of record.
2. VANTIQX's own position
Aside from store-administered refunds and any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, subscription fees, renewals and one-time charges are non-refundable. That includes partial or unused subscription time, dissatisfaction with an analysis or signal, trading losses of any size, and failure to cancel before an automatic renewal.
3. Avoiding an unwanted charge
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancelling keeps your paid access until the end of the period you already paid for. See Subscription Terms for step-by-step cancellation instructions.
4. Trading losses are never refundable
VANTIQX does not compensate trading losses. Losses arise from your own trades executed by your own broker, and are outside anything a subscription fee covers. See the Risk Disclaimer.
5. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — contact contact@tadjfze.com with the store receipt. We will investigate and, where the fault is ours, help you resolve it with the store.
