Terms of Service

VANTIQX can place real orders on your connected broker account, in one of two ways you choose. In Manual mode — the default — nothing is sent until you confirm each individual order at the volume you choose. In Autopilot mode — off until you switch it on — the VANTIQX server places orders automatically toward a trading goal you set. Autopilot runs only after your explicit, recorded consent, and you can stop it at any time with an instant halt.
VANTIQX is not a broker and never holds your funds. Your broker executes and custodies everything. Trading is high-risk, no profit is guaranteed, and you can lose money — up to your full account balance.
By downloading, accessing or using the VANTIQX application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and any trading you carry out through it, is lawful where you live.
2. What the Service is
VANTIQX provides AI-assisted market analysis, technical indicator readings, generated trade signals, educational content, journalling and performance tools, and — where you choose to connect one — an interface to your own broker account.
All analyses, indicator readings and signals are informational and educational. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and are not a personal recommendation.
3. Not a broker, not an adviser
VANTIQX is not a licensed broker, dealer, investment adviser or portfolio manager, and does not hold client money. Every order is executed by your own broker under your own broker agreement. We are not a party to your trades and receive no part of your trading profits or losses.
4. Order placement
When you connect a broker account, the Service can submit orders and modify or close positions on it, in one of two modes you choose per account:
- Manual — the default. Every order requires your explicit confirmation in the app, at the volume you choose, at the moment it is placed.
- Autopilot — opt-in automated execution. After you give explicit, recorded consent in a dedicated consent flow and set the account's trading mode to Autopilot, the VANTIQX server places orders automatically toward a trading goal you define, within hard limits enforced in code. You can revoke consent, switch back to Manual, or halt all automated activity instantly, at any time.
Autopilot never switches itself on: it runs only after both your recorded consent and your mode selection. Orders you confirm in Manual mode, and orders placed under an Autopilot instruction you armed, are your responsibility. Execution features may be unavailable, limited or disabled in your jurisdiction, for your broker, or for your account, at our discretion or where required by law or by our providers.
5. Your account and credentials
You are responsible for safeguarding your VANTIQX login and any broker credentials you enter. Tell us immediately at contact@tadjfze.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties for broker connectivity, market data, news and AI processing. We do not control their accuracy, availability or pricing, and your use of a connected broker is governed by that broker's own agreement with you.
7. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before purchase. See the Subscription Terms and the Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the app, scrape or resell its data or output, share or resell account access, submit unlawful or infringing content, or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
9. User content and community
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display it in order to run the Service. Content you post to community areas is visible to other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
The software, branding, design and content of VANTIQX belong to VANTIQX or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VANTIQX is not liable for trading losses, or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising out of your use of the Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Termination
We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service, and delete your account, at any time — see Delete your account.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; continued use after they take effect is acceptance.
